Nitzan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in commercial and residential real estate, land law, and real estate taxation from Reichman University.
He advises private clients, apartment owners, and residents involved in urban renewal projects, as well as rights holders in complex real estate transactions.
Nitzan also has extensive experience in family wealth planning, including the preparation of wills, prenuptial agreements, enduring powers of attorney, intergenerational asset transfers, and the creation of personalized estate structures.
